Our campaigns take 1-2 weeks to build out. Once the campaigns are built and approved, we can go live.
Both are charged on the same day when purchasing the service.
For PPC campaigns there is usually a 1-2 week gap from the day you purchase the campaign, to the day it actually goes live. This is the time it takes for our team to build out the entire campaign for your clients.
So, for your second months recurring payment we delay that, so you get the full 30 days of service for your month one's payment.
So, as an example, if you purchased services on the 1st of the month, you would pay for both the setup fee and month one's service fee.
Then if we finish the campaign buildout on the 14th of the month (2 weeks later), your second months maintenance payment would be billed on the 14th of the following month, 30 days apart from the initial day the campaign went live.
There are a couple ways in which you can view your leads from the campaign.
If call tracking service was purchased, all phone calls would auto populate as a lead inside the dashboard under the Lead Flow page.
If a funnel is built on click funnels, all form submissions for the leads would auto populate as a lead inside the dashboard under the Lead Flow page.
If we’re building the funnel (separate service), then you would get a notification email every time an optin lead (form) is submitted.
No, this would be a separate fee which you can purchase under a website design service. Landing pages are not included; however, we can run ads straight to your website if you have one.
es, call tracking is a completely separate service. You would need to purchase this separately. For service-based lead generation campaigns, we highly recommend purchasing call tracking. If not, our team will not be able to track call conversions, which is the most important conversion that’s needed when running an ads campaign.
If call tracking is not purchased, our Ads experts working on the account are flying blind.
Call tracking is not really needed for Ecommerce campaigns, since the main conversion will be sales and not phone calls.
Log in to the Google account associated with the Google Business Listing and visit https://ads.google.com/home/
Press “SIGN IN” at the top right
Select the account to access (if there are multiple accounts and if necessary)
Find your customer ID in the dropdown menu on the top left of your account. The customer ID should be 10 numbers (xxx-xxx-xxxx)
Provide your customer ID to your designated account executive
Now, your account executive will use this customer ID to request access. Wait to receive word from your account executive on when to check for the pending request
Users with access to the Google Ads account will receive account alerts and emails inviting them to link to the account. The request will come from the account “MCC Manager”
Users with admin access to the invited account, or users that have access to a linked manager account that has admin ownership of that account, can accept the invitation sent by “MCC Manager” by clicking on “Tools” in the menu of the Google Ads account, then under “Setup”, selecting “Account access”
You should see the request to manage the account by “MCC Manager”. Confirm the request to manage.
Everything else will be taken care of on our end
Make sure that when accepting the request, you enable “Administrative owner” so there are no limitations on the account when it is being managed
Yes, for sure! We recommend that you add your accounts into your Google MCC (master account) account, then you just add us to yours. That way you’ll always have access to the accounts.
Once a campaign is live, our system will take the first couple of weeks to start gathering data and metrics in real-time. Based on hundreds of data points, our system will then automatically adjust the bidding throughout the day to save you money on ad spend.
Also, taking the same data points into consideration, our system will also automatically shift the budget around to the best performing campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, etc. We’ll also be able to auto optimize your campaign based off best performing days of the week, hours of the day and so much more.
This will drastically lower your cost per lead over time.
You can always login to your dashboard and view your campaign metrics on the Google Ads tab. You will also get real-time, email notifications every time our team completes a task on your account. You can also view Google Analytics metrics through the analytics section of their dashboard as well.
